Nordic Pure MERV 13 Plus Carbon air filters are manufactured in the USA using heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frames and electrostatically charged synthetic materials. The filters also include a flat panel infused with activated charcoal that attracts and captures most airborne particulates in your home. This helps to eliminate unwanted odors and trap airborne dust and particulate matter, resulting in fresh and clean air. The activated carbon material attracts and holds odorous gases and vapors, while maintaining excellent air flow properties.

To provide extra support, there is a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats of the air filters. The filters also use permanently electrostatically charged material that acts like a magnet to help dust cling to the filter.
