Nordic Pure 16x20x4 Pure Carbon Pleated Odor Reduction Air Filters are constructed with a durable non-woven polyester base media infused with naturally derived charcoal, designed to eliminate odors in your home or office. Our pleated design provides three times as much carbon media per A/C filter while maintaining excellent air flow. They are manufactured using a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame, with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra support. These activated carbon, odor eliminator Pure Carbon AC furnace filters can be used as a stand-alone filter in residential settings or as a pre-filter in high-efficiency commercial HVAC units. They remove levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) such as chemicals from household cleaning products. For maximum odor control, we recommend replacing your air conditioning filter every 3-6 months.
